Oil on Canvas, 12 x 16 inches. May 30, 2013 I was in the mood to paint flowers that were all bright and happy colors. I feel that still lifes of flowers should be about color and to be something pleasant and happy, not necessarily the actual detail of the flowers. So I hope you all find some appreciation and happiness out of looking at this, that is its purpose, just to be pleasant in some way.
