Graphite on paper, 9 x 12 inches. Just a mechanical pencil, no fancy pencils like the pros do, but I did use a little tissue paper for certain areas, mainly the background and his clothing. I hadn\'t done a drawing in quite some time now, and I was in the mood for it and wanted to practice people again, so I drew Rembrandt. I always come to him when I want to learn how to depict a person, I think he was the best at it. I\'m not sure how he does it, but I feel I am close than I was before I drew this. It\'s not perfect, and I suppose it isn\'t meant to be, it is a study after all. But It\'s also meant to partially resemble some of his etchings as well. And I decided I\'d upload a song with it, just to see how that turned out, ha.
